Our Mission
New Jersey Friends of the Guard and Reserve (NJFOGR) is a not-for-profit organization created to support members of the Reserve components of the U.S. Armed Forces and the NJ National Guard and their families.
We work in close cooperation with the NJ Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (NJESGR), an agency within the Department of Defense.
"NJFOGR provides funds where NJESGR cannot due to fiscal constraints and limitations of law."

Educating and recognizing NJ employers who support their Guard and Reserve employees.
